1. No Guarantee of Refunds Refunds are governed solely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. No verbal or implied promises of refunds are binding, and any exceptions must be made in writing by an authorized representative of ATripleJ Travel Agency LLC.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Providers ATripleJ Travel Agency LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, and other suppliers). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, cancellations, or failures of any third-party provider. Any disputes regarding services provided by third parties must be resolved directly with those providers.

3. No Liability for Travel Disruptions We are not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or losses caused by weather, natural disasters, government action, strikes, illness, or any other event beyond our control.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ATripleJ Travel Agency LLC, its owners, employees, and agents is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost time, or emotional distress.

5. No Liability for Traveler Decisions You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation. We are not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or any consequences of your failure to comply with travel requirements.

6. No Liability for Your Own Actions We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information, your failure to comply with these terms, or your failure to purchase recommended travel insurance.

7. Severability If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Refund Policy - the basics

Refund & Cancellation Policy

*Deposit

All bookings require a *$500 non-refundable deposit to secure your travel arrangements. This deposit is required at the time of booking and is *completely non-refundable under any circumstances. It covers the time and work we invest in researching, comparing prices, and arranging your travel.

Cancellation With Travel Insurance

Cancellation and refunds are *only available if you have purchased travel insurance through a third-party carrier of your choice. You must be able to *provide proof of coverage at the time of cancellation. With insurance, the following windows apply:

Cancellation - Without Travel Insurance

If you do not have travel insurance, *cancellation is not available and no refunds will be issued for any reason. All payments, including the $500 deposit, are forfeited.

Travel Insurance

We do not sell or provide travel insurance. You are responsible for purchasing travel insurance directly from a third-party carrier of your choice (such as through your hotel or booking platform). Cancellation and refunds under this policy are *only available if you have purchased travel insurance and can *provide proof of coverage at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation by Suppliers

If a travel provider cancels your booking, refunds are governed by that provider's policies. We will assist you in seeking refunds but are not responsible for supplier actions.
